20230526 Depth Hold test

Depth hold works in qgroundcontrol but not in autonomous alt hold mode. Tested adjusting pwm values and recreating functions. Developed disarm function to properly disarm sub. Used new pix-standalone to gather data and working on debugging depth hold.
