5/10/22 Cutting carbon fiber plates on a CNC router

Was able to effectively utilize the dust shoe. The top image represents before. The bottom image represents after. Although I needed to use a secondary vacuum to evacuate all of the water, the brushes were able to catch the water and the carbon fiber particles. Needed to wash the brushes after usage. 

Can see the vertical walls not able to free fit into the plate. 

Tried to add tolerance by lengthening the slots. Yet this still didn’t work. 

Slots for vertical plates are a bit too small had to file down the vertical walls like a blade this would be compromising rigidity need to edit the slots to be a bit wider in CAD
